Personalization to direct the user’s experience based on their role in the recruitment process. Utilizes the user’s local storage to keep track of their purpose and progress.
A filterable AFROTC college program locator that auto-loaded results based on an IP lookup table. Includes a predictive keyword search.
The ability to add college programs to a wishlist
A keyword-based career search that allowed users to explore U.S. Air Force career possibilities
A thorough site search that queried all AFROTC site pages by keyword, including careers and colleges
An extensive lead generation form that contacts the submitter’s relevant recruiters and submits all the data via XML SOAP into the U.S. Air Force’s CRM application
A recruiter search tool to assist users in finding recruiters in their area
A secondary lead generation form on the application page that is served during the months of the year when the application window is closed
